Dear Ol' Red (and other Wonderful Readers),
Your request in the last post's comments, has made it apparent that some of you (or maybe one of you) may not know that
we are no longer the "Conundrum Solvers!" Yes, Betts, over at "Offbeat Advice" has taken over our role (which we begged her to take), and she is doing an incredible job!
In the spirit of that, we have employed Betts to solve the bathing suit conundrum that Ol' Red sent us after she became the winner of the $75.00 SwimSpot Gift Certificate. Here it is:

idea! I've picked out a few choice swimsuits. Well, they're ideas, but
not definite selections. I need your help. I won't wear bikini
bottoms, even if they're under a blousy top, so keep that in mind. But,

Honeybun has retired early tonight, so I'll have to let him in on the
news in the morning. I can't wait to see his darling face when I tell
him at the breakfast table in the morning!
So that's it, Betts--put on your aluminum headgear and give us (and Ol' Red) an answer!(Though we couldn't help peeking--we loved the first one and the second to the last.)
P.S. Maddie and I still have an awesome idea for a new blog--and I assure you that one of these days we will reveal it! Soon even.

Well, ladies, Ol' Red is still flabbergasted about this whole thing! With the suggestions of friends and Honeybun, I have my choice of swimsuits nailed down. Rest assured, my friends, that Honeybun's opinion weighed excessively heavily in making my decision. After all, we haven't stayed in love all these years by ignoring his advice!
ReplyDeletePlease forgive me for not know about the change here! I get busy around here with cooking and cleaning and loving my hubby. He's got a boat and we've spent time getting it ready for fishing with grandkiddos this summer. Strawberries are finally done now, too, after filling our freezer with jellies, pie filling, and ice cream toppings.
Thank you again, Lisa, and to SwimSpot.com for the lovely prize. I am honored and blessed and SUPER anxious to get my new swimsuit! Oh, and if you want to know which one I'm ordering, you'll have to let me know ... I'm being a stinker! Honeybun says I'm good at that! Ha!
